fix(PPI rule): Add B_PPI sub-rule mappings#457

- Add B_PPI_01, B_PPI_02, and B_PPI_03 rule IDs. - Link B_PPI_00 to the B_PPI_01/02/03 sub-rules. - Map B_PPI_01 to EL1 physical/virtual timer PPI tests. - Map B_PPI_02 to EL2 timer and GIC maintenance PPI tests. - Mark B_PPI_03 as not implemented to reflect checklist coverage.
