The button link currently just goes to a user's On Demand queue. Verify that it opens the desired form before releasing this documentation.

If the user is signed in but not whitelisted then they will be presented with the request form in the on demand queue.
That being said, we should direct users to login as well. Maybe
"new users must log in on Vertex and submit an [access request form]"
