Maintenance release. No functional parser changes.

Changes

• Dash cleanup: em-dashes and en-dashes replaced with ASCII hyphens across rustdoc, README, and test-sample notes. This also touches a few runtime strings: the inno_api_description summaries and the dump example's banners. Three doc comments where the replacement left a line starting with - (which rustdoc renders as a list item) were reflowed.
• Dependencies: cargo update, and manifest minimums raised to the current releases: pascalscript 0.1.3, bitflags 2.13.2, chacha20 0.10.2, codepage 0.1.3, encoding_rs 0.8.41, flate2 1.1.10. There are no pending semver-incompatible upgrades.
• CI: actions/checkout v4 to v7 in the CI and publish workflows, matching pascalscript.
• Clippy 1.98: main currently fails cargo clippy -D warnings on stable because of the new chunks_exact_to_as_chunks lint (3 sites) and an unused sha1::Digest test import. UTF-16LE pairing now uses as_chunks::<2>() (stable since 1.88, which is the MSRV). This also removes a copy_from_slice panic path.
• Version 0.1.4 and a CHANGELOG entry.

Verification

Run in a copy outside the local [patch] config, so all dependencies resolve from crates.io:

• cargo fmt --check: clean
• cargo clippy --all-targets --all-features -D warnings (1.98): clean
• cargo test --all-features on stable and 1.88: 79 unit + 6 integration (with local samples) + 1 doc test pass
• RUSTDOCFLAGS=-D warnings cargo doc --no-deps: clean
