…ec40) Three enterprise commits, in order: - Abilityai/trinity-enterprise#963: a retention fix (#3089). - Abilityai/trinity-enterprise#786: a CI workflow change; no product code. - Abilityai/trinity-enterprise#970: the private half of Abilityai/trinity-enterprise#840 — the private tree's one hand-copied agent-key self-gate now calls dependencies.assert_own_agent (#3929), with a private twin of the census guards.
