This project presents an AI-powered application called Medicine Packet Analyzer that helps extract and understand medicine details from packet images. It uses OCR tools like EasyOCR and Tesseract for text extraction, and the Gemini API for analyzing and structuring the information such as medicine name, expiry date, usage, and warnings. The system is built with Python and supports both CLI and GUI modes, improving acces sibility and awareness about medicines in academic and healthcare fields.

Tech Stack Used: β€’ Python β€” Core programming language β€’ EasyOCR and Tesseract β€” For Optical Character Recognition (OCR) β€’ OpenCV β€”For image preprocessing β€’ Gemini API (Google AI) β€” For structured information extraction β€’ Tkinter β€” For GUI development.

This project aims to automatically detect tomato leaf diseases from images using deep learning–based computer vision. A labeled dataset of healthy and diseased tomato leaf images is used to train a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model that classifies common diseases such as early blight, late blight, bacterial spot, and leaf mold, along with healthy leaves. The trained model is integrated into a simple web application where users can upload a leaf image and receive the predicted disease class in real time, supporting faster and more objective diagnosis for precision agriculture.​

Suggested tech stack : Programming language: Python 3 (for data preprocessing, model training, and backend).​ ML / DL libraries: TensorFlow or Keras (CNN / transfer learning such as InceptionV3, ResNet) and scikit-learn for evaluation utilities.​ Dataset: Tomato subset of PlantVillage or Kaggle tomato leaf disease dataset with multiple disease classes plus healthy.
