Follow-ups recorded while landing #292 (none are regressions; each needs its own fix + test):
checkoutDiffSummary begins with synchronous spawnSync git calls at run end, which no close deadline can bound.- Cross-process outbox writers have a millisecond load→rename window with no file lock.
- An ambiguous register response or two concurrent
aether rc start can orphan a Cloud session (needs an idempotency key or lock).
- A poison batch (Cloud 400) stops delivery for the run; other 4xx retry at the head of the queue.
rc start exits 0 when the observer link fails to mint; offRecovery in JSON mode prints nothing for an unnamed session.- Executor refusals surface as
failed: exit code 1 instead of unknown (needs a structured verdict on ToolResult).
