🧪 Add tests for SettingsNotifier#1

Creates `test/features/settings/settings_provider_test.dart` to test the `SettingsNotifier`. Uses `SharedPreferences.setMockInitialValues` to mock the local storage. Tests cover initialization with empty storage, initialization with existing values, and the `updateSort`, `toggleFilter`, `toggleAutoplay`, and `toggleListView` state updating logic.
