Iceberg table metadata isn't removed after DROP TABLE #1906

Iceberg table metadata isn't removed after DROP TABLE.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create iceberg table
CREATE TABLE ice.`default.metadata_testing`
(
`event_month` Int32
)
ENGINE = Iceberg('s3://protvjoe-1lfyj7kp-iceberg/default/metadata_testing')
PARTITION BY event_month- Drop the table
DROP TABLE ice.`default.metadata_testing`- Create another iceberg table with the same name and we get:
Received exception from server (version 26.3.10):
Code: 57. DB::Exception: Received from test-export-0-0.proton-7vjoe.dev.altinity.cloud:9440. DB::Exception: Iceberg table with path default/metadata_testing/ already exists. (TABLE_ALREADY_EXISTS)
Expected behavior
Creation with same name succeeds after drop.

Its better to wait for this fix https://github.com/Altinity/ClickHouse/pull/1896/changes, since the
Iceberg(engine calls the ice rest catalog, the drop table should send thepurgeRequested=trueflag in the REST API and that change seems to be handled in the above PR.#1909 (comment)
