Purpose
Refresh the previously held GP2 meaningful-event candidate onto the current production lineage without carrying its stale dependency state.
Changes
Release discipline
This PR is intentionally held unmerged until SignalFlow's own GitHub source connection is active. Once connected, merging this clean current-master candidate can serve as the real meaningful product/UI event for Gate C webhook acceptance.
The historical #266 candidate is superseded because its old CI run failed only at the then-current production dependency audit and never reached build. This branch starts from current master and carries only the two intended loader files.
