Thin standalone wrapper around the Google UMP SDK: IUmpConsentService (Initialize / ShowFormIfRequired / ShowPrivacyOptionsForm / ResetConsent), Android + iOS native, EDM4U deps, and a consumer ProGuard keep rule so R8 does not strip the native bridge.
