Summary

Refresh the Codex port from PStack 0.14.3 to the exact upstream PStack 0.15.1 source at commit f8abeddd1862dc73704e3d719dd73df0d51b8c71.

This change:

  • carries the catalog to 48 explicit-only skills and 23 playbooks;
  • adds the Codex-native make-bot-ui, principle-attack-the-premise, and principle-test-behavior-not-implementation skills;
  • carries the upstream logo asset;
  • records the 156-file to 158-file refresh in the compatibility map, report, and source lock;
  • adds validator coverage for refresh history, hashes, dispositions, and future candidate checks;
  • preserves the Codex adaptation boundary, including global policy precedence and no Benny activation.

Verification

  • npm run verify:release
    • 96 Node tests passed
    • 54 Bun tests passed
    • strict TypeScript checks passed
    • compatibility check passed
    • installed-plugin smoke test passed
  • Exact pinned-source verification passed for all 158 upstream files.
  • Independent final Sol Medium review found no actionable correctness defects.

The installed smoke test reports runtime skill-index availability as unavailable offline, inherited model state as unverified, and live connectors as not exercised. Those remain outside this isolated qualification.

Scope boundary

This PR is ready for maintainer review. It does not merge, release, deploy, activate Benny, modify product repositories, run a real-repository trial, or change pstack-models.md.

The Camgineer/pstack-for-codex fork remains dormant while this PR is active. Do not delete it until the PR reaches a terminal disposition and the A15 condition is re-evaluated.
