**Fixed:**

- CLI: `rocketsim` commands now work for macOS usernames longer than 22 characters, which previously pushed the IPC socket path past the system limit and made every command fail.
- RocketSim no longer crashes on launch when its shared app group container is unavailable; it now keeps running with the CLI reported as unavailable.
- Simulator command failures now report their exit status and bounded, redacted error details, so repeated `simctl` problems can be diagnosed instead of all looking alike.
