Consolidate the inspector from nine tabs to four workspaces: - Deliverables absorbs Activity behind a collapsible All-activity section - Server tab merges Diagnostics, Scheduled work, Maintenance, and Tools - Sessions list lives only in the hamburger rail; sessions tab removed - Preferences move to a topbar gear popover - Approvals render in a global overlay above the transcript instead of inside the Overview panel - Speed chip removed; speed/token detail stays in the health popover - Single writer for hamburger aria-expanded; Escape dismisses only the topmost layer; dead speed-chip CSS dropped; test coverage extended to the approval overlay lifecycle

Consolidates the WebUI inspector from nine tabs to four workspaces (Overview, Deliverables, Knowledge, Server), moves sessions to the hamburger rail only, preferences to a topbar gear popover, approvals to a global overlay above the transcript, and removes the redundant speed chip. Test suite extended to 252 (approval overlay lifecycle); all passing. No Go changes.
