A1 not getting status

Using the basic code on my A1 and getting STATUS UKNOWN

What firmware version are you using and does the led respond?

does it print unknown each time if you put it in a loop?

I get this on the loop. It works the second time but what I need to do then?

You might try something like this in your code

# Get the printer status with retries
for attempt in range(3):
   status = printer.get_state()
   if status != 'UNKNOWN':
       break
   time.sleep(2)

Am trying to send a .3mf file but I dont understand what this files need to be, can you explain to me?

if the printer it has de .3mf file on it, how do I start to print that with the AMS in the A1?

assuming the .gcode.3mf file (export sliced file in bambu studio) is on the sd card of the printer, look into the start_print command. 'ams_mapping' is the spool, zero-based

something like this:

import bambulabs_api as bl
printer = bl.Printer("192.168.1.1", "123", "4567")
printer.connect()
time.sleep(2)
print(printer.start_print("test.gcode.3mf", plate_number=1, use_ams=True, ams_mapping=[0]))
time.sleep(2)
printer.disconnect()

Getting true answer from console but not starting to print, are you sure that is the route of the file?

you'll need to slice that 3mf file, then send to printer or export sliced file and save that to sd card. then reference that file cubo.gcode.3mf

Yes, that is what I have done and it doesnt start the print.

What version firmware are you on? If 1.06 I think you need to go to LAN, Turn on Lan Mode Only, then turn on Developer Mode
