Hotfix fixing the deployment of the Base URL changes.

v3.0.1 - V2 Messaging URL Changes

This update provides support for the new V2 Messaging URL.

The base URL for the Messaging API changed on April 15th, 2019. The new base URL is https://messaging.bandwidth.com/api/v2 and replaced the old base URL which was https://api.catapult.inetwork.com/v2. The old base URL will be deprecated June 13th, 2019.

By using this updated version, you should be fully prepared for these changes.
