This pull request migrates the codebase from using the clsx and tailwind-merge libraries to the new cn utility package for class name merging. It also updates several dependencies to their latest patch or minor versions. The most significant changes are grouped below.

Migration to cn utility for class name merging:

• Replaced imports and usage of clsx and tailwind-merge with the new cn package throughout the codebase, including updates to the cn utility function and its consumers in UI components and hooks. Build and tooling updates:

Code style and type improvements:

• Minor formatting and typing improvements, such as formatting union types for event listeners for better readability. (app/hooks/use-event-listener.ts)
