Honest current state
Required build, link, publication, and claim-review checks are not yet established, and live branch protection has not been evidenced. The descriptor therefore records an empty required-check set and false branch-protection values until controls are implemented and verified.
This work proceeds independently of Jin's owner-only GitHub organization exports.
