• #160 (archived; renumbered from a colliding #159): recorded while draft PR fix: enable CI triage by default and scope #093 Playwright roots #1515 was closed unmerged; superseded when fix: enable CI triage by default and scope #093 Playwright roots #1515 squash-merged as ca2c4de5 (visibleByTestId + CI triage enabled-by-default). Content-verified on origin/main before archive. Renumbered because main #1518 already allocated open #159 to the duplicated-list guard rec.
• #093 / #138: already archived on main by that land — this PR keeps those archive rows and does not reopen them.

No product code in this PR — docs/outstanding-issues.md only (plus merges of origin/main).

• Merge conflict with main was real content conflict in docs/outstanding-issues.md (no merge driver). Resolution rebuilt from origin/main and archived the capture rather than re-adding the obsolete “closed unmerged” open rows.
• ci: hygiene gates — matrix unblock, scope, cancel, gitleaks, RAG offline #1413 (CI hygiene) already merged earlier; do not treat it as having closed chore(deps): bump actions/checkout from 4 to 7 #93/perf: cache Supabase admin client as module-level singleton #138 — fix: enable CI triage by default and scope #093 Playwright roots #1515 did.

What happened: docs/outstanding-issues.md conflicted because PR #1515 landed on main (ca2c4de5) after this capture PR was opened. Main had already archived #093/#138; this branch still treated them as open.

Resolution:

• Merged origin/main
• Kept main’s #093/#138 archives
• Archived #159 as done (reland no longer needed)
• npm run check:outstanding-issues — pass (44 open, 113 archived, next-id=160)
