Resolved in verified public 0.3.0: npm and immutable GitHub v0.3.0.

New eligible provider/model identities now acquire pricing and capability metadata automatically and follow the saved Free/Paid policy. Explicit disables and role pins survive migration and refresh. Already-loaded models can be selected live; models missing from the running OpenCode inventory receive reload guidance. Unknown, conflicting or expired pricing cannot authorize inference, including after failed refreshes.

Release verification:

• Reviewed PR Release 0.3.0: automatic discovery, capabilities, and live routing #15 merged through protected main; release tag resolves to bcd228a349627523382dda65017bab6fb0a4856c.
• One final artifact acceptance run passed Linux/macOS × Node 22.12.0/24.20.0, with actual OpenCode 1.18.22/1.18.28 and the installed production UI.
• Both anonymous public tarball downloads match final SHA-256 26a532b44c96d643c0543a78d2fef1ab2c1a3b83886e6715cef0ab683d3413ab; npm SHA-512 integrity also matches.
• Each public download independently passed all 16 package/upgrade/connection/MCP checks, both hosts (19 scenarios and 56 loopback requests each), and 12 browser interactions with zero failures, skips or flakes on Linux x64 / Node 22.12.0. All inference was isolated loopback test traffic.
• A clean named npm install reports 0.3.0; all 74 installed package files match the final artifact. GitHub confirms the release is immutable.

Closing only after both public-channel checks passed. Existing connections need the managed integration update and an explicit OpenCode restart for this plugin upgrade; subsequent routine changes between already-loaded models apply live.
