This repository contains the code to reproduce the analysis and figures in the paper "Mass cytometry analytical approaches reveal cytokine-induced changes in natural killer cells" by Vendrame et al.
The commands for the analysis and to create the figures is contained in the file workflow.Rmd, and the output is in workflow.md or workflow.html.
