Add CD-TEXT command

Description

It can be interesting to add a CD-TEXT command support so that it is possible to see what is stored on it directly.

I did implement this and tested on like 10 CDs and it was always empty. So I suppose the first step should be to identify a CD with it and test on it, as just inserting my whole collection feels a bit wasteful (plus who knows, the code might be wrong).
