The merge conflict was resolved by refreshing this branch, but Dependabot now targets TypeScript 7.0.2 and the full CI matrix fails because TypeScript 7 no longer exposes the compiler API shape used by packages/blr/src/link-strip.ts. Closing rather than masking a major compiler migration inside a dependency-only PR; TypeScript 7 needs a separate intentional compatibility change.
