Why the change

Align the seven SDK 58 dependency patches required by online Expo Doctor so the mobile verification and export gates can run after #3239.

Special things to note

• Merge risk: two-way door — revert this commit to restore the prior manifest and lock; medium blast radius — mobile builds consume the updated Expo packages, so review exact package versions and native compatibility. A new native development build is required; device/runtime acceptance remains unverified.
• Fresh online Expo Doctor passes 20/20 and fresh mobile typecheck passes on the exact head; the prior task also recorded the red Doctor baseline and iOS/Android export passing; its broader Windows mobile test run had two locale-dependent failures, so it is not a full-suite pass. Current CI remains a separate gate. No UI or Host behavior changes; a dependency-only refresh does not need UI screenshots or an HTML explainer.

The lock replaces 19 package records, including 12 Expo transitive patches; peer-context changes account for most changed lines. Doctor checks remain enabled, with no broad release-age wildcard.
