Pull Request Overview
This PR adds complete Chinese (zh_cn) and English (en_us) localization files for the CBC Chemical Warfare mod, covering blocks, fluids, effects, items, potions, arrows, and JEI tooltips.
- Added zh_cn.json with 214 Chinese translation entries.
- Added en_us.json with 214 English translation entries.
- Included JEI urine milking info and updated all item/potion/arrow names.
