Summary:
Added pg-mem-backed InvoiceService tests.
Groups usage by developer and API.
Excludes events outside the requested month.
Ensures idempotent second runs.
Corrects invoice uniqueness to (developer_id, period_id).
Derives invoice dates from periodId.
Defers invoice events until transaction commit.
Verifies rollback handling on line-item failure.
