Hi, I'm Jai

I am building Natural Intelligence Academy: a human-first AI learning studio for people who want to think clearly, use AI with judgment, and turn half-baked ideas into grounded business experiments.

My current thesis is simple:

Your wisdom is better than cheap AI.

AI is useful after the problem is grounded. The real work is learning how to define the problem, test assumptions, design systems, and build evidence without outsourcing your judgment.

What I Am Building

  • Natural Intelligence Academy - workshops, lessons, and studio practice for human-first AI education
  • TryDogfooding - a live practice of testing ideas on my own business before teaching them to others
  • Business design workshops - Means, Motivation, Opportunity; Lean Canvas; campaign design; and evidence-based iteration
  • Instructional systems - decision engines, curriculum quality gates, and tools that help teachers and builders create better learning experiences

Current Focus

I am launching an academy for founders, operators, educators, and curious builders who want to use AI without becoming passive. The goal is not to make AI look powerful. The goal is to make human thinking look alive, clear, and usable.

Right now I am working on:

  • Turning business ideas into validated Lean Canvases
  • Teaching people how to use AI as a thinking partner, not a replacement for thinking
  • Building repeatable workshop systems and learning operations
  • Designing tools that preserve judgment, context, and accountability

Teaching Philosophy

I believe good teaching should help people:

  • reason from first principles
  • make their thinking visible
  • scope work to their real constraints
  • test ideas against reality
  • build confidence from evidence, not hype

My work blends systems thinking, instructional design, metacognition, and practical AI workflows.
