Implement course learning and wallet onboarding flows

Summary

• Build the module viewer for text, video, and structured interactive content, with progress display, module-specific completion tracking, previous/next navigation, and the quiz action after completion.
• Implement the four-step onboarding sequence for display name, learning goals, pace and language preferences, and profile review. Validate before advancing, persist preferences through the profile API, and provide a dashboard skip action.
• Guide wallet connection through Freighter detection, wallet access, challenge signing, and verification, with profile-aware redirects and actionable classified errors.
• Harden text truncation for short limits and add regression coverage for content parsing and truncation edge cases.

Validation

• ESLint passes for all changed files.
• Focused Vitest suites pass: 37 tests.
• git diff --check passes.
• Full typecheck is blocked by existing syntax errors in src/lib/api/client.test.ts and src/lib/hooks/use-wallet-watcher.test.tsx.
