Adds a cache elementUids for o(1) calls and should vastly improve group saving time.
Dedupes the rebuildCards call.
Adds otherGroupUidCache, for the names of stacks in other groups, instead of looking it up every frame, improves framerate in the GUI editor.
Fixes others membership to now include mod API sources and default groups.
