Mapped current-state workflows into future-state Epic designs, coordinated interfaces across scheduling, lab, and state immunization registries during migration off legacy Athena/CPSI, ran clinical and user acceptance testing, and delivered at-the-elbow go-live support.
MEDITECH Expanse (MaaS) implementation — Huggins Hospital. Workflow validation, issue tracking, and go-live readiness across clinical and patient-access workflows. Supported migration of scheduling and patient data from legacy Allscripts and CPSI, consolidation of the MyHealth patient portal, and clean-claim workflow reviews contributing to a 90% clean-claims rate.
