Digit lengths for African countries now come from libphonenumber and are checked as exact lengths, so Malawi accepts 7-digit landlines and 9-digit mobiles but not 8 digits. This fixes current numbers in Benin (10 digits) and Guinea-Bissau (9), among 24 corrected countries.

A new test runs libphonenumber’s example landline and mobile number for every African country, typed locally and with +. All 236 checks pass. Other regions are unchanged for now.
