Overview

Moves the Form components into the gamut Storybook, the same way the earlier Atoms and Status migrations did. Their stories now live next to the source and run as tests through @storybook/addon-vitest. The old styleguide FormElements and FormInputs folders are deleted.

What moved

Form elements (Form, FormGroup, FormGroupDescription, FormGroupLabel, FormRequiredText): stories are now in packages/gamut/src/Form/elements/, under "Inputs & forms" in Storybook.
Inputs (Input, Select, TextArea, Checkbox, Radio/RadioGroup, SelectDropdown): stories are now in packages/gamut/src/Form/inputs/. Checkbox, Radio, and SelectDropdown each get their own folder with an index.tsx and their own styles.ts, so each component's styles sit with the component instead of in a shared Form/styles/ folder.
Form/styles/ is gone: its only file left, shared-system-props.ts, is now Form/styles.ts. Checkbox-styles.ts and Radio-styles.ts became inputs/Checkbox/styles.ts and inputs/Radio/styles.ts.
Form/index.tsx points at the new paths. The public exports are unchanged: RadioGroup and the checkbox types still come out of the new folder index.tsx files.

Tests → plays

Every behavior case from the Jest tests (Checkbox, FormGroup, Input, Radio, RadioGroup, Select, and the three SelectDropdown files covering default, empty, and grouped) is now a story play. That covers roles, labels, aria-* wiring, change and create callbacks, keyboard navigation, the no-options announcement, translations, inputProps (hidden and combobox), and which validation message wins when several are set. The only Jest tests left are logic tests a browser play can't reach: Form/utils.test.tsx, SelectDropdown/core/utils.test.tsx, and SelectDropdown/hooks/useNoOptionsAnnouncement.test.tsx. Each one now sits next to its source instead of in __tests__/.
Form/__fixtures__/ and Form/__tests__/testUtils.ts are deleted because nothing uses them anymore.
The gamut-forms agent skill now points at the new Radio file paths and uses the Radio story as its reference instead of the deleted .mdx.

Bugs the plays found

Every story now runs an axe a11y check after its play. The old Jest suites never opened the menu or left multi-select values selected, so these bugs never showed up before.

"Remove all" button was focusable but aria-hidden (fixed). react-select passes aria-hidden="true" in the clear indicator's innerProps. RemoveAllButton spread those props onto a div that also has role="button" and tabIndex={0}. Keyboard users could tab to it, but screen readers didn't announce it. RemoveAllButton now drops the inherited aria-hidden, so it's announced as "Remove all selected" (or the translated label). This is the only runtime change in the PR.
Empty menu fails aria-required-children (rule disabled, follow-up needed). When there are no options, react-select still renders role="listbox", with only the "No options" text inside it. Base and Searchable turn that rule off and carry a TODO. The fix is to stop rendering the message inside the listbox. Screen reader users don't lose anything: the message is already announced by SelectDropdown's own live region.
Same id and name drops inputProps.combobox when not searchable (story changed, component unchanged). When id === name, the container div and the combobox input end up with the same id. CustomValueContainer uses document.getElementById to find the input. It finds the container first and quietly skips applying the combobox props. The Custom Input Props story now uses different values for id and name, and Custom Input Props Distinct Ids still covers that path. The component bug is still there for any consumer who passes the same value for both.

Known limitations

aria-required-children stays off for Base and Searchable until the empty-menu fix lands.
The duplicate-id bug in build(deps): bump joi from 17.13.3 to 17.13.7 #3 isn't fixed in the component.
The only checks dropped were pure style assertions (class names and snapshot styling). Every behavior case was carried over.

Notes for reviewers

Most of the diff is file moves and test-to-play conversions. The one runtime change is SelectDropdown/elements/multi-value.tsx.
SelectDropdown.stories.tsx is big (~2.5k lines) because it now holds all three old SelectDropdown Jest files.
Dead LinkTo ids in other styleguide .mdx files are left alone on purpose, since those files are being deleted.
