Add professional sponsorship support page

What changes

Adds a professional Support page and a GitHub Sponsor button while GitHub Sponsors approval is pending. Sponsors can use a configurable Wise payment link; when no valid link is configured, the page offers contact with the maintainer. Includes navigation and footer links.

Configuration

Add your public Wise receiving link to site/.env.local for local use. This file is ignored by Git; an empty .env.example is included.

VITE_WISE_PAYMENT_URL=

For GitHub Pages, set the repository Actions variable VITE_WISE_PAYMENT_URL to the public Wise link and rerun the deployment after merging. Bank details remain managed in Wise. The value is public in the built website. Full instructions are in site/README.md.

Validation

• Site production build passed.
• Both existing site test files passed.
• Lint completed with the existing ThemeContext Fast Refresh warning.
• Verified .env.local is ignored and git diff --check passes.

Changes are split into focused commits. No payment link has been supplied yet.
