Equipment list CSV export

The Export menu generates an instrument index and line list, but no equipment list. Add one: tag, description/label, symbol type, sheet.

**Where:** follow `src/export/` CSV patterns (instrument index is the template — DOM-free, table-tested); hook into `src/panels/ExportMenu.tsx` → Reports section.

**Accept:** unit test on the CSV builder with a two-sheet doc.
