- get_started/epbs.md: what changes at the fork; how a bid request reaches a builder, with a validator client config on Hoodi; setup for Lodestar v1.50.0, Lighthouse v8.3.0-rc.0 and Prysm v7.2.1 with full start commands, and the keymanager API; routing by auth data; builders outside the config; timing; bid streaming; metrics. - examples/configs/epbs.toml: a Hoodi config with streaming relays and a mux. - configuration, mux key loaders, metrics, Docker, binary and troubleshooting pages, and config.example.toml: what is different after the fork, marked "(from v0.12.0-rc1)". - configuration.md: the stream plus HTTP example gets its second [[relays]] header, so it parses. - After editing .cb.env, run docker compose up -d: restart keeps the old environment.
