Add hosted issue trackers for GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Azure Boards - #90
Adds an in-app issues section for repositories whose remotes point at supported providers, alongside the existing Jira integration. The patch is truncated, so details below cover only what is visible.
What changed
Data model (Models/HostedIssueModels.swift): new HostedIssueRemote (identifiable remote with an issue-tracker-capable provider) and HostedIssueFilter, which can be stored only when non-default.
Controller (App/HostedIssueController.swift): new HostedIssueController plus a HostedIssuePreferenceStoring protocol. LocalHostedIssuePreferenceStore persists each repository's chosen issue remote and per-remote filter in LocalDataStore (hostedIssueRemotes, hostedIssueFilters). The doc comment states search text is never stored; default filters remove their stored entry.
Services: per-provider clients added — GitHubIssueService, GitLabIssueService, BitbucketIssueService, AzureBoardsWorkItemService — plus GitProviderAPICredentialResolver for credential lookup.
UI: new HostedIssueListView, HostedIssueDetailView, and NewHostedIssueSheet, wired into the main window via MainWindowView+HostedIssues.swift; sidebar gains a hosted-issues item/section.
Bitbucket auth: GitProviderAccountController.connectBitbucket takes an optional atlassianEmail stored as the token's apiUsername (Bitbucket REST issue auth), adds read:issue:bitbucket / write:issue:bitbucket scopes, and exposes savedAPIUsername(for:) to prefill the edit sheet. GitProviderAddAccountSheet is updated accordingly.
Renames: JiraBranchNameSuggester → IssueBranchNameSuggester (and its tests), generalizing branch-name suggestion.
Feature gating: updates to FeatureAccessPolicy, FeatureAccessNotice, FeaturePolicyStore, and ProUpgradeSheet.
Specs: new openspec/changes/add-hosted-issue-trackers/ (proposal, design, specs, tasks) and edits to the Jira sprint-issues spec.
Tests
Adds tests for each provider service, HostedIssueController, and HostedIssueModels (with HostedIssueTestSupport), plus a renamed suggester test file and updates to sidebar, account, feature-policy, and bookmark tests.
Notes for reviewers
Focus on the per-provider service implementations and the credential resolver (not fully visible in the truncated diff).
Confirm the stored-scope change for Bitbucket accounts is acceptable.
Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Added hosted issue tracking for GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket Cloud, and Azure Boards, including issue browsing, search, filters, details, and pagination.
Create issues, comment, and close or reopen issues where supported. Open issue links, copy references, and create branches from issues.
Issue tracking is available on public repositories with Free and all repositories with Pro.
Bitbucket connections can save an Atlassian email for issue access. Azure Repos issue links open the project’s Boards work-items page.
Improvements
Jira and hosted issues appear together in the repository’s Issues section, controlled by one Show Issues setting.
Introduce a generic issues section that discovers supported remotes, lists and filters issues, shows details, and creates issues. Persist per-repository remote and filter preferences, cache lists and details, and support optional Atlassian email for Bitbucket API tokens.
Adds hosted issue tracking for GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Azure Boards. The change includes provider APIs, repository-scoped issue controls, access policy, sidebar integration, Bitbucket API credentials, and shared branch naming for Jira and hosted issues.
Defines shared hosted-issue data, provider operations, error cases, and access rules. Pull requests use the shared credential resolver. Bitbucket connections can store a local API username and include issue scopes. Jira branch naming uses issue-generic types, and Azure bookmarks point to project work items.
Adds list, detail, comment, creation, and state-change operations for the four providers. Tests cover provider-specific pagination, response mapping, request construction, and error handling.
Remote selection and issue state macgit/App/HostedIssueController.swift, macgitTests/HostedIssueControllerTests.swift
Adds per-repository remote selection and per-remote filters, cached list and detail loading, debounced search, pagination, and serialized writes with authorization checks.
Adds hosted-issue access checks, provider-specific sidebar rows, and main-window screen routing. Updates the Jira sidebar requirements to place Jira in the shared Issues section.
Adds list, detail, and creation views with filters, issue actions, comments, and state changes. The detail view renders Markdown and converts HTML to text; the creation sheet supports Azure work-item types.
Users may not see an issue immediately after successfully creating it when the follow-up list request fails; preserve the created item while reporting the refresh error.

- Line 842: Update HostedIssueController.write to set isWriting immediately
after its reentrancy guard and install defer-based cleanup before awaiting
authorizeWrite(), so concurrent writes are blocked during asynchronous
authorization and isWriting resets on every exit path.

- Claim isWriting before awaiting the access check so a second write
cannot start while authorization is suspended
- Add a test covering two concurrent issue creations

Preserve the created issue when the follow-up list request fails.
createIssue returns true after the provider creates the issue and starts reload(useCache: false, keeping: summary). reload does not clear items before the request, and it applies pinned only after listIssues succeeds. If the list request fails, the new issue remains absent from the existing list.
Apply the pinned summary in the list failure branch while preserving the error state.

Update reload’s list-request failure branch to apply the pinned summary to
