The spec round of 7 Oct added capability rows with competitor cells set to "unchecked". The parity schema accepts "unknown" for a cell nobody has rated, not "unchecked" (versioniq's parity_verify rejected it). This replaces the value in the rows marked source spec-round-2026-10-07 only; no other row used it. One file, no code.
