Add OSM/MaStR wind turbine import and animated scenery

Summary

• Add wind turbine data models, OSM parsing, and Marktstammdatenregister matching.
• Extend import-module with wind turbine import options and reporting.
• Add animated turbine rendering with yaw, rotor motion, lighting, LODs, and generated wind assets.
• Integrate turbines into route composition, demos, editor support, and documentation.

Testing

• cargo test --workspace — 1269 tests passed.
• Clippy and formatting checks reported clean in STATUS.md.
• Added parser and query tests for OSM wind turbine imports and register metadata handling.
• Verified cargo build -p route-editor after fixing test-only route imports.
