Fixes the Compatibility section in both README.md and the NuGet readme (ConvertApi/docs/README.md):

  • The package targets netstandard2.0, which .NET Framework 4.0 cannot use. 4.6.1 is out of support and only partly implements .NET Standard 2.0, so the minimum is now 4.6.2, with 4.7.2+ recommended.
  • ".NET Core 5, 6, 7, 8, 9" becomes ".NET 5–10 and above, and .NET Core 2.0+".

Docs only. The NuGet readme changes on nuget.org with the next release.

A netstandard2.0 package does not run on .NET Framework 4.0, and 4.6.1 is
out of support and only partly implements .NET Standard 2.0.
