Remove the banner generator and verification-GIF recording recipe from the starter kit's scripts directory. These five files add 345 lines of media tooling that users do not need to run or adapt an agent, including a recording recipe tied to one machine's directory path. The generated README images remain available.
Validation: all workspace typechecks, root tests, MCP protocol verification, and the web production build. Confirmed no remaining references to the removed scripts and no changes to setup or CI commands. The build emits the existing nonfatal Google Vertex dependency-expression warning.
