Remove the standalone WhatsApp example and its onboarding requirements so the mobile work can proceed with React Native.
Deletes the app, its separate dependency lockfile and tests, the template guide, and the WhatsApp CI job. Removes the associated setup, environment, demo, deployment, troubleshooting, and coding-agent references. Auth0 remains available through its standalone protected-API sponsor example; the shared model providers and existing app sources are unchanged.
React Native integration continues in #10 and will become Template 3. This removal is based on current main, including the merged web simplification and media-tooling cleanup. WhatsApp work remains preserved in draft PR #9 on its existing branch for later reintroduction.
Validation:
npm run verify: 76 root/Slack/web tests plus the real MCP stdio round trip passed.actionlint .github/workflows/ci.ymlpassed.The web build retains its existing transitive Google Vertex warning. Surviving dependency manifests and lockfiles did not change.
