Credit amounts, redemption links, and promo codes come from the organizer and change per event, so the kit should not carry its own copy of them. - Delete CREDITS.md - README Resources table now points to the AI Tinkerers event page for credit redemption instructions - Drop the CREDITS.md references from using-sponsor-tools.md (OpenAI, OpenRouter) and dev-docs/sponsors.md Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Credit amounts, redemption links, and promo codes come from the organizer and change per event, so the starter kit should not carry its own copy of them. This removes the kit's credit/redemption guidance and points people at the AI Tinkerers event page instead.
