The Ambiguous sponsor guide assumes participants already have a workspace and opens with manual credential setup. Replace that walkthrough with the website's Invite your agent flow, the existing-workspace Admin → New agent flow, and a standalone self-signup prompt for agents with terminal access.
The prompt uses the CLI's default API endpoint, verifies the agent identity, and directs the agent to the maintained operating guide. It also explains ownership-email recovery and how to report unsupported event handling. Keep the existing
