example_*.ini : Example config files for CountESS

sequences_*.csv, barcodes.csv, vampseq_*.fastq : Random sequences for examples.

script/make_sequences.py : Script which generates the example sequence files

Data files in directories example_1, example_2, example_3 and example_4 are licensed CC0, and may be used in any way you like.

These data files consist of randomly generated data. Any resemblance to organisms living or otherwise is coincidental.

Example 5

Data files in directory example_5 are copied from Enrich2-Examples, see the example_5/README.md and example_5/LICENSE.txt files for more information.
