What changed

Turns the existing GPUSTACK Causal Observatory into an evidence-grounded WebMCP challenge entry.

  • registers 8 top-level imperative WebMCP tools
  • audits the immutable E001-SC1 adaptive-policy claim across 6 held-out stress families
  • exposes bounded run projections tied to the authoritative raw SHA-256
  • highlights causal paths and evidence in the shared UI
  • stages conclusions behind an explicit human-only approve/reject boundary
  • records visible receipts and supports undo
  • adds the MIT license, challenge disclosure, official-format evals, and tests

Existing-project disclosure

The exact pre-challenge state remains at 3d7339a87e13c4f809ed223c2aa299fb3f631799 and the public pre-webmcp-baseline ref. CHALLENGE.md maps every post-baseline contribution.

Verification

  • 1059 passed in the full Python suite
  • 20 passed in focused WebMCP/projection tests
  • 2 passed in the JavaScript end-to-end mission runtime suite
  • JavaScript syntax, HTML asset/ID integration, eval JSON, and git diff --check pass

Expose eight evidence-grounded WebMCP tools, human-only conclusion approval, visible receipts and causal highlights, bounded SHA-linked run projections, official evals, tests, and challenge disclosure.
