배포를 Workers Builds에서 GitHub Actions로 옮겨, 자격 인증을 GitHub에서 관리하고 배포 전에 테스트를 반드시 통과하게 합니다.
main에 머지되면deploy.yml이 테스트 후wrangler deploy로 배포합니다. 공개 값인APP_ID는wrangler.jsonc의vars로 옮겼습니다. 함께AGENTS.md를 단순하게 다시 정리하면서 코드와 어긋났던 내용을 바로잡았고,README.md는 다른 저장소와 같은 형식으로 맞췄습니다. 저장소 루트에 다른 저장소와 같은 MITLICENSE도 추가했고, 외부에서 까자 이벤트를 보낼 수 없도록 웹훅 서명 검증도 켰습니다.
