把已拣选的第一方斜杠 Skill 收进可发布的补丁号，避免另开 0.8 或 1.0 功能列车。

dyro-review-board与任务合入预检dyro-task-merge落到main，并收进0.7.6，不另开0.8/1.0。0.7.6 - 2026-08-19；pyproject.toml/uv.lock同步。ci.ymlpush 再打v0.7.6。dyro-task-merge只做 task → line 预检。Test plan
uv lock --check通过python tools/verify_release_gates.py --release-tag v0.7.6打印0.7 gates presentdyro --version/ 包元数据为0.7.6dyro-review-board与dyro-task-merge，且dyro.bridge仍不进默认包dyro integration安装，不进入首批自动座位
