Record the completed Core 1.0.0 and independent FogVault 0.1.0 publication in the README, current integration guides and compatibility status. The public 24-package inventory and registry-only native Rust/beta.3 consumer have passed; shipping-extension/provider acceptance remains separate. The original integration assessment and beta.3 history remain intact.
Move the already released preparation entries into the dated 1.0.0 changelog section while keeping the three publisher maintenance fixes Unreleased. No SDK runtime, package version, immutable release source or tag changes.
Validation: local documentation links, whitespace checks, contract inventory and eleven changelog-policy tests pass. The changelog retains exactly the three maintenance entries under Unreleased, with historical beta.3 entries unchanged.
Changelog exemption: Documentation records completed publication and moves existing release entries into the dated section; SDK behavior and package versions are unchanged.
