Bump the version to 0.1.17, the first release since v0.1.16 (7 August). This release covers 18 commits. The headline is Sidebands mode (#241): a pin set whose origin the analyst places, with members spread each side of the fundamental and labelled by signed offset, shown in its own panel beside the harmonics table so both stay visible. Also in this release: doppler markers are now grabbable with cursor feedback on hover (#240); on-gram text labels sit on a white rounded plate rather than a halo (#243) and drop below an upward-pointing triangle so the apex still points at its data (#242); and the control row was shortened several times over — the Style heading dropped, the doppler LED inlined, panel headings aligned, marker rows halved, table rows pinned against resizing and a newly added row kept in view. Verified before tagging: CI's full lane — hygiene ratchets, lint at zero warnings, typecheck, unit tests, build, Playwright suite and the WebKit smoke test — passed on main at d09c086, the commit this tag points at. Node is not installed on this machine, so the gates were not re-run locally; the release workflow re-runs typecheck, the standalone build and the full Playwright suite on the tag.
