addFact is now setAttribute, and recordEvent is now addEvent. Both take namespaced OpenTelemetry attribute keys. The @actions/core log functions are now the detsys-ts log namespace, which also sends each message to OpenTelemetry. The update runs in its own span, which carries the exit code.
