Managed customer setup handoff and pricing cleanup

Summary

• replace customer self-serve onboarding with a managed setup handoff that auto-creates a pending business, shows a setup-in-progress workspace, and unlocks the dashboard only after go-live
• notify the founder on new customer signup, surface pending setup states more clearly in admin, and notify the customer when the business is marked live
• rewrite the homepage and pricing story around the simulator, 14-day pilot, white-glove setup, and clearer founder-operated positioning
